Patient Satisfaction

After patients are discharged from Providence, they may receive a patient satisfaction survey. Patient comments are always welcome at our facilities. If patients have any suggestions or comments, they may call the operator at 913-600-4908 and ask to speak to the director/supervisor of the unit where they stayed.
