Ontario, Calif., Jan. 22, 2015 – Prime Healthcare Services announced today that it has completed its acquisition of North Vista Hospital, a 177-bed acute care hospital located in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
North Vista Hospital has been serving North Las Vegas and the greater Las Vegas Valley since 1959. North Vista has a 20-bed Emergency Department, a comprehensive heart care program with advanced technology, including cardiac catheterization, as well as a Bariatric Center of Excellence and Geriatric and Adult behavioral services.

Vince Variale has been installed as North Vista Hospital’s chief executive officer. He has 30 years of healthcare management experience that includes serving as a chief executive officer, chief financial officer and chief operating officer at North Vista.
