Mark Brodeur has been named Regional Director of Patient Experience for the MOKAN Prime Healthcare hospitals, including, Providence Medical Center, Saint John Hospital, St. Joseph Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center.

Brodeur Mark webincluding, Providence Medical Center, Saint John Hospital, St. Joseph Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center.Mark joins Prime Healthcare with 40 plus years of healthcare experience. He most recently served as Vice President of Process Improvement for Custom Learning Systems, helping hospitals across the country build a more positive culture and improve their patient satisfaction. His previous experience includes serving as a hospital CEO with hospitals in the St. Louis, Mo, and Cincinnati, Oh., areas for more than 22 years.Over the span of his career, Mark has demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver high quality care complemented with a strong patient experience.

Mark has a Master of Health Administration degree from Saint Louis University.

When not passionate about his healthcare leadership role, Mark tremendously enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Cheri, their four children and seven grandchildren. He also enjoys completing home remodeling projects and fondly remembers learning craftsmanship from his father who was not only a Radiologist but was one who enjoyed working on home projects.
