Rehabilitation

The key to returning home after surgery or an illness is often individualized, one-on-one rehabilitation. Providence Place has a dynamic rehabilitation department with qualified physical, occupational, and speech therapists whose primary goal is to help our residents return to their prior level of function. Our staff motivates and encourages the residents to work towards the highest level of function possible.

Once we feel the resident is ready, we offer a therapy home assessment before discharge to assist residents in returning to their prior level of independence.
