I went in at 6 AM for an Out-Patient surgery on my right hand.  The moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the receptionist, which made me feel more at ease and safe.
There after throughout my procedure the entire staff that took care of me made me feel so safe and continually reassured me that everything was going to be just fine.
Totally people who are professionals.

They were awesome.
Everyone ( which IS rare.) was nice to me.
They got me in and fixed up.
I actually had a small seizure while I was there and ☺.
The Dr was wonderful.  We were actually " on the same page on my issue which is rare as well.    He had a sense of humor too 😉. From a conversation in the next room 😂.   Another rarity as far as my experiences go....   They didn't throw a bunch of drugs at me.
All in all it was as pleasant as a trip to the ER can be.
Niceness can make or break a place even if the DOCTOR' N is great. 😉.
They got me in Quickly &  Nicely & I was fixed. 😉.
Can't beat that.!!!
* And then I went back the next week ( seizure disorder ) and I was in the sun too much and it was 1 & 1/2 hrs. before I got in and it wasn't bcuz they were busy.  Shift change 🤔 and did absolutely nothing for me except accidently send me home with a iv still in my arm. They forgot 🤔.  Then the nurse that held me, bruised me so badly with her thumb I STILL have a bruise a week later.  It was incredible and not in any good ways.

I was very impressed  with how things went for my surgery. Everyone was doing there job and during it very well, I didn't have to wait a long time for the next nurse are doctor to come In the room and I would truly recommend my family if needed.And my doctor was very very good

I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  The receptik ist that checked me in was very professional as well as showing concern abd compassion.  The nurses treated me with complete respect, joked with me, explained everything, and answered my questions.  They checked on me regularly.  Dr. Wedel was awesome.  He spent time with me talking about my xrays and ct scan, symptoms to watch out for, and took the time to explain how fentaynol is dosed, administered, and the safety of it in the medical profession.  He made me promise to come back if I had problems.  One medicine could not be filled at my regular pharmacy, and Dr. Wedel was the one to call me about it.  The visit was not any long and drawn out like I thought it would be.  I won't hesitate to use Providence ER again.  Thank you all for this good experience!
