Mark your calendars for the annual  KC Providence Show and Shine Car and Bike Show Oct. 7, set for Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; car show entry 9 a.m. on the Providence campus at 8929 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kan. in Lot D3.

The event is free for spectators to enjoy and there is $10 registration entry fee for each car entered into the show. The first 125 cars with a paid registration will receive a free t-shirt.

Activities at the KC Providence Show and Shine Car and Bike Show Oct. 7

Three food trucks are scheduled for the annual event: Marcy’s Tacos, Christy’s Tenderloin, and Black Iron Eatery. Grounded Mobile Coffee will also be at the show.

The show is going to have some fabulous things for kids and grownups to do. “Besides some awesome cars, motorcycles and trucks, we are honored to have the Kansas City Kansas Fire truck and the Healthstar One Helicopter at our event,” said Karen Orr, Chief Executive Officer. “It’s a great opportunity to learn more about how these medical heroes in the field save lives and transport patients to our hospital.”

In addition, Acoustic Nights will be providing music and TNR Farms will host a Petting Zoo. There will be free pumpkins for the first 150 families in attendance in addition to balloon and face painting artists.

General Information

In 2022, more than 180 cars and bikes were entered in the show.

The event raises money for the Providence Share Fund. This fund provides financial assistance to those employees and patients in need.
